He has taken a positive hands on approach to move the business forward and deliver a consistent growth from inception to present day. Trevor continues to focus on the structure of the company and its ongoing development strategies, in 2009 having settled into our new environment the focus will be for us to go through a restructuring of the systems and procedures throughout the business to further improve standards and efficiencies. |

Year started at esprit - 1999 How long in the industry in total - 29 years Key accounts managed at esprit - Apple, Waterstones, T.M.Lewin, Arcadia, Swarovski, Jurys Inn Phillip started his career as a 16-year-old apprentice for a traditional Midland based shopfitting company, where he gained several valuable years experience in production and assembly. His next move was into the Technical Drawing office and within 5 years he was running a 10 strong drawing office team, for a well-established bulk manufacturing company. Whilst at the same company he then moved into project management, where he proceeded to forge strong and lasting relationships with a range of major high street brand clients. In 1999 Phillip was invited to join esprit UK as a Contracts Manager. He quickly established himself as a valued member of the management team and was promoted to Director in 2004. Alongside his strategic responsibilities within the company, he directs many of esprit's key clients and over the last 9 years has built an enviable reputation through his commitment to high standards and a positive 'can do' approach. With more than 20 years experience of management within the shop-fitting industry, Phillip has successfully overseen a variety of highly prestigious schemes, including the £2 million flagship store for Waterstone's on Oxford Street, London. His professional manner, enthusiasm and attention to detail continue to make him very popular with all of esprit's clients. |

Year started at esprit - 1996 How long in the industry in total - 26 years Key accounts managed at esprit - HMV, Jaeger, Staples, Town & Country Inns, Jack Wills Robert started his career as an apprentice joiner at a traditional Birmingham shop fitting company, HF Witton, who in those days were based in Perry Barr, Birmingham. He served his time on the bench progressing to site on completion of his apprenticeship. Robert was a founder member of esprit Midland Limited back in 1996, and with his extensive experience within the fit-out sector and involvement in all that has happened with the development of esprit, has placed him perfectly for his current role. Robert's experience and wealth of knowledge gained from his days as Site Manager are invaluable to our company and his knowledge is consistently called upon from both clients and staff alike. Robert's director duties include being Contracts Director to many prestigious retail and leisure organisations along with areas of the internal structure of which he manages such as Contracts, Building Services and Health & Safety. |

Along with managing several key client commercial accounts, he will in 2009 be pioneering esprit's new joinery estimating systems, this aided from his formidable background within the manufacturing sector, he will be formulating new joinery estimating systems, to include providing the necessary data to ensure cost control measures and timeframes are met. This will be invaluable within the development of the manufacturing arm to esprit of which Chris will be largely responsible for. |

Neil joined esprit in 2003 as a Contract Manager, Neil has become a priceless member within the contracts department and has since been promoted to the position of Senior Contract Manager. He is currently working with impressive retail clients such as Arcadia, Hugo Boss, West Bromwich Building Society and Dollond & Aitchison amongst others. |

Tony quickly progressed throughout departments to a destiny in contract management, which he has been doing since 1989, His key organisational skills and use of systems, enable Tony to manage all that is put to him from a very demanding environment. In 2009 along with Tony's current role, his responsibilities will be developing relationships with new accounts being brought to esprit and with Tony's skills we will hopefully be developing more lasting relationships. |

Raj's ability to overcome the vast array of practical and programming issues which are inevitable within our industry, clearly sets him aside from the norm. He is currently client manager to Starbucks and his versatility and management skills ensure his popularity amongst all of our clients and puts his services in constant demand. |

After leaving school in 1992 Mark gained an apprenticeship in carpenterry and joinery, progressing into the drawing office and then promotion to contract management. His enthusiasm and drive has ensured that Mark is acknowledged with clients he has being working with. He has quickly established strong working relationships with impressive retail clients such as Waterstones, T.M.Lewin and Swarovski. She has furthered her education by gaining numerous qualifications at college, and in the words of Sandwell Campus, "Hayley was clearly regarded as the best". Hayley has progressed to being the company's senior contracts administrator reporting directly to the contracts directors and liaising closely with the contracts team. She is an invaluable member of our team and her positive and bright personality is an essential part of our office environment. |

Owen has been responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of new technology and systems to ensure esprit's drawing office retains its excellent reputation for quality, within its integral role for clients, esprit and suppliers alike. Ensuring the high quality of design, drawings and information provided. In 2009 Owen's experience will be called upon in the development of the manufacturing elements of the business. |

Year started at esprit - 1996 How long in the industry in total - 13 years Victoria has worked for esprit from its inception in 1996, and has progressed within the company to the role she today holds of Company Secretary. She is responsible for day to day accounting and presenting annually the necessary book work to the accountants for the annual accounts and statutory audit, along with quarterly management accounts. On a day to day basis Victoria manages our accounts department and ensures payroll, sub-contract and supplier payments are made on time along with invoicing and providing an ongoing appraisal to all of our projects. Over the past 13 years her professional approach, ensuring the smooth operation of esprit's finances has been integral to its business success. |

Year started at esprit - 2003 How long in the industry in total - 31 years Relevant qualifications/previous experience - CIPS Graduate Diploma Paul joined esprit in September 2003 as Purchasing Manager and is a fully signed up member of MCIPS. He is responsible for all material procurements along with negotiating and placing of sub contract orders. He also oversees the department and monitors the day-to-day procurement of everything from office stationery through to materials for esprit's workshop and the placement of orders. In placing purchase orders to the value of millions of pounds on an annual basis it is essential that esprit have the advantage of Paul's huge knowledge and experience within the procurement field. |

Her responsibilities include managing, overseeing and looking after the welfare of the administration staff along with providing administrative/PA support to the directors. Over the years it has become an essential ingredient to our success, Allison's unwavering calmness in all situations and her ability to communicate with Clients on behalf of the Directors. He has brought to esprit a modern, enthusiastic and open-minded approach to Health & Safety in the workplace and a high level of understanding and knowledge of the environment we work in. It is Mike's role to assess our methods, practices and environment, to identify the risks to our business, staff, sub-contractors and all involved within our business, To implement task specific control measures, communicate Health & Safety to all levels of the business, assist and advise with the continued monitoring and reviewing of our overall performance, policies and improving the safety attitude of all persons that carry out work on our projects. |

Year started at esprit - 2004 How long in the industry in total - 8 years Relevant qualifications/previous experience - City & Guilds level 1,2,3 in shopfitting City & Guilds level 2 CAD Alan's role within the manufacturing facilities at esprit encompass the day to day organisation of a very demanding joinery and mill workshops closely liaising with all of the related departments and transport co-ordinator to maintain the high standards for our specialist joinery manufacturing from drawing board to delivery to site, along with being responsible for the welfare of the joiners shop, mill and trainee staff alike. Alan came to esprit with a very esteemed reputation within the industry and has very quickly established himself as a very respected member of our staff. Since his elevation to Production Foreman we are delighted with the progress being made. |

Year started at esprit - 2006 How long in the industry in total - 2 years On joining esprit in 2006 as a driver, Adam has worked hard and has since been promoted to the role of Transport Co-ordinator and it is his responsibility along with driving duties to co-ordinate the delivery schedule, liaise closely with the contracts team and production foreman and ensure that delivery targets along with joinery and materials are delivered to site on time complete and in good condition. Adam's enthusiastic and bright personality are a key element in the continued improvements that are being made within the logistics side of esprit's operations. |

A City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Technician by trade, but having gained valuable site experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical installation along with undertaking co-ordination duties on many prestigious sites. Alan is responsible for all electrical, sprinkler, mechanical and plumbing activities on esprit UK sites from initial concept designs through to agreement on services sub contractor final accounts. |
